DE_FAULTS is my small web studio in Anand, India. You deal with me directly, from the first mockup to launch day: no account managers and no hand-offs.

Send your business name and town. I build a homepage concept from your public details, at no cost and with no obligation.
15-minute call
We go over the mockup, your services and the towns you want to reach. Booked in your business hours.
50% deposit
Pay half to start, by PayPal, Wise or Payoneer. You get an invoice in US dollars.
Live in 7 to 10 days
I build the site, you review it, and we make up to 2 rounds of changes.
Pay the balance
When the site is live and you're happy with it, you pay the other half.
Optional care plan

Where are you based?
In Anand, Gujarat, India. DE_FAULTS is a small web studio registered as a micro enterprise under India's Udyam scheme. There is no US office, and I won't pretend otherwise. Everything happens by email and video call.
What time zone do you work in?
India Standard Time, which is 9.5 to 10.5 hours ahead of US Eastern time depending on daylight saving. I keep working hours that overlap with US mornings and book calls in your business hours, from Eastern to Pacific.
How do I pay?
By invoice through PayPal, Wise or Payoneer, in US dollars. 50% to start and the balance at launch. The optional care plan is billed monthly.
Do I own my website?
Yes. You buy the domain in your own name, at cost, so it's yours. You also own the site's code and content, and you can move it to any host you like.
What's in the free mockup, and what's the catch?
A homepage concept with your business name, services, service areas and public phone number, plus placeholders for your own photos. There's no charge and no obligation. If it's not for you, just say so.
How many changes can I ask for?
Every package includes 2 rounds of revisions before launch. After launch, the care plan covers 30 minutes of edits a month.
Do I need the care plan?
No, it's optional. Without it you get the site's files and can host them wherever you like. With it, I handle hosting, SSL, backups, uptime checks and small edits for $49/month.
Will you write reviews or claims for my business?
No. Your site only shows real facts: your services, the towns you cover, your own photos, and your Google rating as plain text if you want it shown. No invented reviews, awards or numbers.
You made a preview of my business. Can you take it down?
Yes, any time. Concept previews are hidden from search engines, come down automatically after 45 days unless you ask to keep yours, and I remove any of them on request. Email contact@meetjoshi.space.
